Abhijit is a Metallurgical Engineer from IIT, Kanpur. He started his career with GKW, a sterling multinational company where he was instrumental in developing advanced computerized systems for Corporate Planning and Plant Optimization. Subsequently, he worked with James Warren in senior management positions before founding UD Marketing Private Limited. He is responsible for the After market operations as well as corporate strategy for the company. He is also responsible for the investments in group companies such as Greenfield and Tyco.

Samir is a graduate from St. Stephens College, Delhi and a postgraduate in Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He started his career with Citicorp, India as a software programmer after which he worked for a few years as a systems analyst in UK and USA with large multinational companies. Thereafter, he acquired a stake in Tyco India Private Limited, which was then a sick manufacturing company, and effected a successful turnaround. Subsequently, vide a share swap, Tyco became a subsidiary of UD Marketing Privately Limited and he acquired a significant shareholding in the holding company. He is responsible for overall profitability as well as the HR and Finance portfolios.
